More Pictures from Epstein's Property Made Public by Democratic Party US Lawmakers

Development blueprints for the financier's private Caribbean island included in the released materials.

Also featured in this new photograph release is shown to be a property layout for Great St James island, located in the American territory.

Epstein acquired a smaller island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but acquired the bigger Great St James in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.

The released images suggest he had formulated development schemes to develop the substantial island by building homes, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a swimming pool.

You can see the drawing is a channel, a strait in the region, marked on the lower right-hand corner.

The architectural drawing is covered in notations in red and features a legend identifying distinct sections of the estate.

In addition to the main plan are what seem to be nine other construction diagrams and construction drawings, featuring designs for dock shelters.

Additional documentation disclosed as part of the current congressional process.
